On our standard service we process and despatch orders within 3-days, subject to availability. We highly recommend you provide us with an email address and the permission to send order confirmations. This allows you to review order totals, values, availability etc. It is good practice to call us if you do not receive an order confirmation within 24-hours. This way we can quickly confirm that we have received your order and update you on progress.
We deliver throughout the UK on a standard 2-3 day service, priority next-day and timed delivery services are also available. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Carriage is always free of charge on carriage paid orders. Yes. Collections are available between 09:00 and 16:00 from Monday to Thursday and 09:00-12:00 on Friday. There is no extra charge for collecting your goods. Collection times will be agreed with you, subject to warehouse work flows.
