This natural rope has low elongation and low abrasion resistance. It also has a natural colour. Because of this, it is a popular choice for use in garden decoration projects. The rope is ideal as barrier rope and theatre props. Manila rope is also used as a general purpose rope for marine applications. Manila rope is manufactured to the ISO 1181:2004 standard.
