At Kendon Rope & Twine, we have been providing butchers with quality butchery twines for decades. Our food safe rayon twines provides excellent grip to make knots, without being rough on the skin. Because of this, meat can be tied and prepared effectively. The rayon used in our twines is of a high grade.

We also stock polypropylene twine that complies with the regulations EU 10/2011 and EC 2023/2006. They have been manufactured to the regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. However, some of our PP twine is not made with raw materials and additives. Because of this, we kindly ask you to mention ‘food safe’ when placing an enquiry or order for polypropylene twine.
